The assassin detective, Mr. Frog, decides to take justice into his own hands. Feeling guilt for witnessing and committing war crimes as a sniper, he chooses to pursue a career as a detective. Nevertheless, the criminals he captures continue to fall through the grasp of justice, so he lets bullets rain.
